About NuraAI

NuraAI is a productivity app focused on planning, focus, routines, and prayer-aware structure.

Depending on the version you use, the product may include task planning, reminders, synced timelines, and optional AI-assisted planning tools.

Data we process

We process only the information needed to run the product, support your account, and deliver features you use.

  • Account and authentication data such as email address and technical sign-in identifiers.
  • Content you create in the app, including tasks, reminders, notes, schedules, and settings.
  • Technical and sync-related identifiers used to keep your account and data consistent across devices.
  • Subscription and entitlement information needed to verify premium access.
  • Support messages and attachments you send when contacting the team.
We do not intentionally collect precise location, contact lists, microphone recordings, or health data in the current version.

AI features and external processing

When you use AI features, we send your prompt and the minimum relevant context to external AI providers.

Current providers may include OpenAI and Google. Processing happens on external servers, not on-device.

  • Prompt or request text you submit.
  • Selected task or schedule context required for the requested feature.
  • Basic request metadata needed to deliver the response securely.
AI output can be wrong. Please review important plans, deadlines, and decisions before relying on suggestions.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to provide app features, secure accounts, validate access, respond to support requests, and keep the service reliable.

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for delivering the services you request.
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for security, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR where legal obligations apply.
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR only where consent is required for optional features.

Sharing and providers

We share data only when needed to operate NuraAI and the specific features you use.

  • Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
  • RevenueCat for entitlement and subscription verification where applicable.
  • Apple or Google for app store purchases and optional sign-in flows.
  • OpenAI or Google when AI features are used.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

If you are in the EU or EEA, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise your rights, email support@nura-ai.app. If available in your app version, you can also delete your account inside Settings.
